Tips and Prices

Angelina's cedar hats are created strong enough to be worn; however they are mostly given or purchased for display.

If you are looking to purchase a traditional cedar  woven hat (not just from us) knowCedar Jewellery the following:

-Is it woven by a first nations person, or someone who may say they are first nation. (You may not care.)

  1. (Side: cedar bracelet, rings, rose, and barretts)

-The thinner the width of cedar strips the more work is done into weaving your hat. Not to much spacing in the weaving= quality. (You will have some even on the tightest cedar, as it is woven wet and then dries.)

-The weaving is only half the work; gathering and preparing is the other... and very difficult. (Great workout though!)

-No respectful artist would be offended if you ask for proof, when selling over the internet. Best way is asking for an email with a picture of the weaving for sale, with the current date in the photo. (Possibly written on a piece of paper in the photo.)

Full payment is required prior to shipping your hat.

Please expect your hat to take up to seven weeks to create and ship. There may be a waiting list, so please feel free to e-mail us. (Shipping- worldwide.)
